We would be pleased to offer an Introduction to Centering Prayer Program in your area. The program consists of a Saturday Workshop provided by presenters who have been trained by Contemplative Outreach Int'l to provide this service. Introduction to Centering Prayer
The Introduction to Centering Prayer is instructional and experiential. It consists of a Saturday morning workshop, and participation in six weekly sessions of approximately 1 1/2 hours each. These sessions are an integrated part of the introduction and support participants with further instruction and encouragement as they establish a Centering Prayer practice.
